Volunteers play a vital role at UpSpring - over 300 volunteers are involved in some capacity throughout the year, helping us run our programs effectively and efficiently. Our volunteer opportunities allow the entire community the chance to support children who need consistency, stability, and reinforcement. We could not make our programs successful without your help! Laundry, Menstrual, and Hygiene Kit Production

    • Laundry Kit Production - Help our students keep their clothes clean with necessary laundry supplies.

    • Hygiene Kit Production (gender neutral and menstrual kits currently needed) - Ensure children stay healthy with access to soap, toothpaste, deodorant, and other hygiene items. Right now, UpSpring needs menstrual and laundry kits more than hygiene kits!

Join UpSpring every third Wednesday night of the month from 5:30pm to 7pm for a monthly in-office volunteer opportunity! We’ll sort and inventory supplies for the UpSpring Resource Collaborative, help organize thousands of school, art, and enrichment supplies, and support the empowering work of UpSpring’s Program Team.

Join UpSpring for our free Book Fair! CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP!

You'll assist in setting up the Book Fair and create displays, help students select their books & items, and assist with "check-out." UpSpring serves children experiencing homelessness, and all of our book and supplies are provided FREE to our children. All volunteers must be 18+ to participate.
